STEP 15. Calls from Kommo

Before making a call to the client, you must send them a template message requesting permission to make the call. (how to create it is described in STEP 10. Creating WACA Templates).

Once the client has given permission for a call or called themselves, 7 days are automatically granted for outgoing calls to this client. The client can change the permission for company calls in the WhatsApp app settings to Allow Calls, Temporarily Allow Calls, or Not Now, effectively closing access to calls.

To make a call from Kommo in the lead, you can click on the three dots next to the contact's name or click on the contact's phone number.
