«Company Name» — as stated in the company registration documents. If it is a sole proprietorship (IP), the legal company name is IP Full Name.
«Address Line 1», «City», «State/Province/Region», «ZIP Code» — must fully correspond to the legal address of the company specified in the registration documents.
«Company Phone Number» — which belongs to this specific legal entity.
«Company Website» — the web address of the company. The website domain must match the domain of the company's email address.
